A traffic stop turned into a wild night in Northern Kentucky.  A 23 year old man is under arrest after he ran from a traffic stop and then tried to hide in someone else's attic.

Police say they pulled over Shawn Williams on Madison Ave. in Covington at approximately 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.  But Williams jumped out of the car and ran off.

Police gave chase until Williams ran into an apartment building in the 1500 block of Scott Boulevard.  Police evacuated the building while they searched for him.  Williams was eventually found in the attic.

He's facing charges of burglary, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, speeding, and fleeing and eluding along with several other traffic charges.

Build a cell like an attic to let him do time in it.

Why run and hide? He sure wasn't while he was out doing his thing. Eventually, you will be caught. Why make matters worse by acting stupid and running? I'll never what the human race is evolving to.
