Although I'm certainly glad another killer is off the street, I'm still left wondering why if he was allowed to be running the streets at all since his last crime just a month earlier...

Okay, Price Hill is safe now. Everyone can let their kids play in the streets and Matthew Hall won't have to worry about any bad guys siphoning down the hill toward OTR.
