Cincinnati Police have made an arrest in the death of a man, found shot on a porch in East Price Hill on Tuesday. 38 year old Michael Bell is now accused in the murder of 40 year old Marvin Jones.
Jones was found on the porch of a home on Elberon Ave. near Glenway Ave. around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. Police said he was shot in the head.
Family members of the victim told police they heard arguing before the shooting.
Investigators haven't said why they suspect Bell, who was arrested on Tuesday night. Bell was also wanted on an aggravated robbery charge. He's accused of stealing a woman's car at gunpoint in Silverton last month.
