Local 12 has confirmed that Cincinnati lightweight champions boxer Adrien Broner was arrested Monday morning in Miami Beach at 3a.m. at a club called Liv and charged with battery.
While in the club Broner apparently was in some sort of altercation.
According to Miami Beach Police Broner allegedly bit someone on their forearm after they tried to pull him away from the altercation.
Broner posted a $1,500 bond before his release.
Broner defended his title in February to improve his record to 26-0.
