Bengals Getting Ready To Take Off For Houston
The Bengals take off for Houston Friday afternoon where they will battle the Texans at Reliant Stadium Saturday.
The Bengals enter into the AFC Wildcard game on the upswing. The team won eight of its last nine games to secure the wild card spot. The Texans, on the other hand, lost three of their final four games.
Earlier this week, Andrew Whitworth said the team is not thinking about last year's post-season loss to the Texans. Instead, Carlos Dunlap says the team is playing for one another and they're doing a better job of taking advantage of opportunities.
This is the first time the Bengals secured back-to-back playoff appearances since 1981/1982. However, there's another statistic they'd like to break --- the Bengals haven't won a playoff game since 1991.
Kickoff for the AFC Wildcard playoff game is at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
