Most people who are obese have a Metabolic Syndrome. Our food supply is so altered now people don't have a chance. Especially the poor of society. People can't afford the healthier foods. The Food Pyramid our government wants us to eat is wrong. Processed foods and Carbohydrates and, high fructose corn syrup are making our country diseased and malnourished. Educate the people. Corporate America doesn't care if we live or die as long as they can pad their pockets.

Obesity can be a SYMPTOM of disease; it can even make people more SUSCEPTIBLE to certain diseases. However, obesity is NOT a disease...and should never be categoried as such. Remember when the Clintons and the Center for Disease Control pushed to classify "gun violence" as "a disease?" So, what can we expect to see next, on the list of newly emerging diseases -- "Bullyism?" America -- it's time we re-grow a nice set of brass bangles. Our Founding Fathers would hardly recognize the government we've allowed to develop, unconstrained.

Men and women are equal in status, not in strength, and therefore would be jeopardizing the lives of their fellow soldiers. If strength and stamina were equal, professional sports would be co-ed.

Women are just as capabe to hold a position in the army rangers and SEALS. I think women have the mental and physical stamina the same as a man.
